Manage subtitling and media projects from allocation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and quality.
Lead and support quality assurance teams, providing training, feedback, and performance guidance.
Allocate projects to internal teams or external vendors, monitoring deadlines and client requirements.
Act as the main contact for clients and new QA staff, ensuring strong working relationships.
Coordinate with media teams to align with broadcast schedules and technical needs.
Oversee quality control processes, conduct final reviews, and approve deliverables.
Monitor developments in subtitling tools and industry practices, introducing workflow improvements and training where needed.
University degree in Audiovisual Arts, Media Technology, Computer Science, Broadcast Engineering, or a related technical field.
7+ years of experience in media, with proven expertise in subtitling, media and team management.
Proficiency with subtitling and editing tools
Strong leadership, project management, and client service skills.
Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
