As the Tech Lead, you'll guide a talented team of engineers in developing high-quality software. We're looking for someone who is highly driven, energetic, and passionate about start-ups. If you thrive in a rapidly growing company that uses cutting-edge technologies and is filled with great people, this role is for you.
What you will achieve
- You will lead a team of 3 engineers.
- You will redefine the roadmap in collaboration with the product team.
- You are the owner of the sprint planning and deliver stable and regular releases with your team.
- You follow agile processes in the team.
- You will fully understand every part of our technical infrastructure and services and are able to delegate creating solutions to your team.
Your profile
- You have 4+ years of experience in a similar role, leading engineers.
- You have the capability to code (Java, JavaScript, Spring, Node.js), support engineers but also have high-level thinking about architecture
- You have a background in Computer Science and hands-on experience as an engineer.
- You get energy from setting the team up for success and making sure everyone performs 110%.
- Experience in a SaaS start or scale up is a major plus, especially with rapidly scaling teams.
- You are always on track with your projects and have excellent skills in setting up new processes, reviewing work and coordinating the team.
