As the Tech Lead you will successfully lead a team of about 5 engineers in building high quality software. You should be highly driven and energetic with a passion for start-ups. You like to work for a fast growing company with top notch technologies and great people.
What you will achieve
- You will lead a team of about 5 engineers
- You will redefine the roadmap in collaboration with the product team.
- You are the owner of the sprint planning and deliver stable and regular releases with your team.
- You follow agile processes in the team.
- You will fully understand every part of our technical infrastructure and services and are able to delegate creating solutions to your team.
Your profile
- You have 5+ years of experience in a similar role, leading and mentoring engineers.
- You have the capability to code, support engineer but also have high-level thinking about architecture
- You have a background in Computer Science and hands-on experience as an engineer.
- You have a proven track record of hiring A talent and retaining the top performers in the team.
- You get energy from setting the team up for success and making sure everyone performs 110% within the team.
- Experience in a SaaS start or scale up is a major plus, especially with rapidly scaling teams.
- You are always on track with your projects and have excellent skills in setting up new processes, reviewing work and coordinating the team.
